In this podcast, we talk with our special guests, Dr. Luanne and Dr. Scott Shaw, who share how a polarity mindset can help minimize bullying and create healthier work environments. The Shaw’s are our first married couple as guests on our podcast and share their mutual passion of applying a polarity mindset to work environment challenges.


Luanne earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice with an emphasis on health systems leadership from Grand Valley State University.


Scott is a Professor of Human Services at Grace Christian University. Scott was a clinical supervisor & therapist at Lutheran Child & Family Service of Michigan from 2000 to 2010.


In this podcast, Luanne and Scott share the importance of having a polarity mindset for leaders and how this intelligence can bring hope to our work environments.
